I want to talk to those of you who might be ashamed, embarrassed or beating themselves up for not keeping up with your charting and admin work.

I want to tell you how hard it truly is to keep up with the administrative aspect of Family Medicine!
It took me 18 months and $28000 to fix my charting problem!
Yep! 12 months of life coaching and 6 months of certification training to become a life coach before I finally understood and could fix my charting problem!
That is after 17 years of Family Medicine!!
17 years of WONDERING WHY IT NEVER GOT EASIER, 17 years of everything staying the same.
