Participants are expected to attend two of the three sessions—the first session for all attendees and the session specific to their role.

Meet your host, Dr. Sarah Smith

Dr. Sarah Smith is a rural Family Physician by training and also the Charting Coach for Physicians, Residents and Clinicians since 2018. Dr. Smith has a passion for reducing burnout and overwhelm resulting from the administrative burden of clinical medicine. Using evidence-based coaching, Sarah helps Physicians create sustainable clinical practice within the clinical environments that they work in.

Dr. Smith has provided more than 20 years of medical education to medical students, residents and Physicians. Within her work as the Char
ting Coach, Dr. Smith helps Physicians and Clinicians choreograph their clinical day to help them complete the work of the day within the clinical day hours and increase time for their lives outside of medicine.
