Simon Mittal is a seasoned healthcare professional, leader, and entrepreneur with 30 years of diverse experience in the industry. His background includes military service and roles in large healthcare organizations, complemented by a Master's in Medical Management.
Throughout his career, Simon has coached numerous physicians and executives, understanding the challenges of inadequate support and eroding trust in healthcare organizations and experiencing the limitations of hierarchical systems that hinder individual growth and innovation.
Through healthcare leadership and organizational alignment coaching, Simon's mission is to catalyze this transformation, creating healthcare environments where professionals feel valued, supported, and empowered to drive innovation and deliver exceptional care within organizations.
Maren Mittal, LICSW
Maren Mittal is a dedicated and compassionate licensed clinical social worker, LICSW, and healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience and holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Houston and is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is the founder of Revealing Life, a holistic Coaching and Psychotherapy practice.
Maren is known for her empathetic and empowering approach and strong communication skills, which allow her to foster a safe and trusting environment and collaborate effectively with leaders.
