Ep 18 - Reflection and Courage: Finding Balance and Joy in Life

In this week's episode, I sit down and chat with Dr. Joe Sherman about finding balance and joy in life. Dr. Joe Sherman shares some advice on how to admit to yourself that things aren't going well and when to reach out for help. He shares with us, that if you don't take the time to reflect and examine your life experiences to determine who you truly are, you will forever be following other people's plans for your life.
He wants you to know that it takes true courage and self-compassion to make the changes you need to find balance and joy both personally and professionally.
